This YB 4WD oil pump is a genuine Cosworth YB0852 high pressure oil pump, manufactured to Cosworth’s exacting standards.
The body and lid are machined from high quality aluminium alloy castings. Inside the body is a precision-machined bore with superior dimensional and geometric accuracy. The lid includes cast ribs for extra strength and stability.
The pump is fitted with a high pressure PRV (pressure return valve) that has been designed to open at 4.8 bar.
Each pump is individually rig tested after assembly to ensure that it passes the original performance specification as laid down by Cosworth and Ford.
