Description
Our cam cover gasket kit contains one Cosworth YB0736 cam cover gasket and two Cosworth YB0817 front cam cap half moon seals. These parts are manufactured by the original UK-based supplier and to the original Cosworth drawing, exclusively for Modatek.
YB0736 Cam Cover Gasket
The material is a composite of aramid fibers and inorganic fillers within a nitrile butadiene rubber binder, which creates very good thermomechanical properties and chemical resistance.
Note that this cam cover gasket fits all Cosworth YB engines except for the T25 Escort.

The material is a silicone rubber with a hardness of 40 Shore A.
