We have worked with renowned filter manufacturer ITG to create our own range of bespoke air inlet panel filters for high performance engines, including those for historic Formula 1 cars.
Our replacement filters are made from a foam material that is supported with an aluminium alloy frame with steel mesh support and gasket foam edging. This creates a filter that is normally the same weight as the original part, with the same airflow characteristics, but due to its unique construction is much stronger.
We use our own Siemens NX CAD software to design our filters combined with our own reverse engineering techniques to create a profile that replicates the original filter.
