COSWORTH DRIVERS CLUB ON SHOW

Earlier this month the Cosworth Drivers Club held their annual get-together at Hever Castle. The Cosworth Drivers Club is a Facebook group established in 2017 for owners, drivers and followers of all Cosworth and Ford RS models, and now has over 67k members.

The Cosworth Drivers Club is tailored towards owners and enthusiasts of anything Cosworth related. You don’t need to own a Cosworth-powered car to join, although owners are encouraged to post photos and videos of their beloved cars. There are plenty of knowledgeable experts in the group who can help other members with advice on all manner of subjects from car restoration tips to fault diagnosis.

For the last 6 years Modatek has been proud to supply the winner of ‘Car of the Show’ with one of our engraved Cosworth piston trophies, and this year was no different. As before, we took one of our genuine Cosworth pistons and engraved it especially for this event. We also included some Cosworth-related merchandise.

There were plenty of Cosworth-powered cars on display, so the decision by the Cosworth Drivers Club committee was by no means an easy one. After much deliberation, the trophy was awarded to Matt Connell, who brought along this immaculate Ford Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth.
